City of St. Clair utility services include water, sanitary sewer, and storm water. The City also provides weekly, curbside garbage and recycling services through contract with LJP Waste and Recycle. The City bills monthly for these services.

UTILITY PAYMENT DROP BOX
Utility Payments can be dropped off in the Drop Box located in front of City Hall (just to the right of the door). The drop box is RED and clearly marked 'Utility Payment Drop Box'.
