City of St. Clair utility services include water, sanitary sewer, and storm water. The City also provides weekly, curbside garbage and recycling services through contract with LJP Waste and Recycle. The City bills monthly for these services.

To access your City utility bill on-line go to www.ub-pay.com When registering to pay your bill on-line you will need the following 'Municipality Code': StClairMN080 UTILITY PAYMENT DROP BOX Utility Payments can be dropped off in the Drop Box located in front of City Hall (just to the right of the door).
