Residential Rental Inspection Program
In 2015, the City of St. Clair adopted an Ordinance Regulating and Licensing Residential Rental Property, as well as a Residential Rental Property Inspection Program.
The focus of the Residential Rental Property Ordinance and Inspection Program is to provide minimum standards for the maintenance and upkeep of residential rental property, in an effort to safeguard the life, health, safety, and general well-being of the renter, as well as to preserve the value of land and buildings throughout the City of St. Clair.
