Clean-Up Day
The City of St. Clair, in cooperation with LJP Waste and Recycle, offers an Annual City Wide Clean-Up Day. The City charges residents $1.00 per month (on the monthly City utility bill) towards the Annual Clean-Up Day.
The date of the Clean-Up Day varies from year to year, but the event is scheduled and announced well in advance.
Clean-Up Day Information is posted on the City website, the City Facebook page and in the monthly City Newsletter 2 - 3 months prior to the event.

After having a drop-off site at Memorial Park in 2020 (due to Covid) and that seemingly worked well, LJP Waste and Recycle will resume that method going forward thus retiring the curbside pick up. This is also eliminating the pick up of appliances and electronics by LJP. The City is looking into other options for appliance and electronic pick up, possibly at a later date.
