City of St. Clair, Minnesota

Residents may purchase a second water meter from the City for outside water use (lawn and garden watering, car washing, pool filling, etc.).   Sewer rates are not charged on the water used through the garden meter.

PLEASE NOTE:  The City does not install the garden meter.  Meters should be installed by a licensed plumber.
